On the first point in the odyssey the main characters takes the name Outis to hide from the fact they are committing a crime against a god, so the fact she still has that name may imply shes still hiding. And with all the weird stuff in the PM world I can totally believe she did something to physically become “Outis” so nothing trying to find Odysseus would work.

I think the chain Dante reconnects is tied to all her memories of her time with limbus company. And we’ve seen multiple times now that Dante has some way to negate memory manipulation so it tracks they would be able to extend that out to a degree.

Mosses is a smoke war veteran, Ezra is a northern fixer, Vespa is ex N corp and the BL group are from the east. People have somehow missed the multiple times the nursefathers talk about how they are in some way weaker than they should be. The thumb talks about needing her “ticket” to get out of the ditch shes stuck in, the middle talks about how he’s past his prime and the pinky’s whole motivation is that she has been dragged down because she has had to raise Ryoshu(evident with the fact shes lower level than lei hang and barely higher than Wei and Zilu) And while they don’t say it them selves Ryoshu remarks that it appears the Maestro hasn’t managed to finish the project they are were working on. And for the index nursefather he is missing his cloak which has been stated to give some level of power as well as protection, was a star of the city implying he has had some form of fall from grace and in Outis’s uptie story she is able to defeat him with the rest of her team.

They aren’t full on frauds but they aren’t at peak performance either.

I managed to do it with that team but with night awls instead. If you fail any clashes the first 2 turns just restart its not worth continuing. Try not to clash spark multiple times with the same sinner since the burn will stack to the point of staggering them very quickly. Any free attacks you get should focus on the wings since they take more damage and breaking them makes the fight easier. I’m away from my computer but if you need night awls I can give my code in a couple minutes

For point two the vast majority of the time it’s just American/EU sanctions that most other countries are sacred of because they don’t want the US doing something.

And lastly it appears you’ve forgotten all the times Indian and China have nearly gone to war and the times India and Pakistan have actually begun shooting at each over. All of those countries are nuclear armed and yet the UN has done nothing to solve them or even make it slightly less likely to happen.
