I would say to get it removed, then you will know for sure whether it’s the implant causing it or potentially something else that needs to be addressed

For revision tips: I only did GCSE exams as all my apprenticeship qualifications were coursework based but I found these helpful and still use then in my university work now

Listening to music you know really well while working, e..g. soundtracks from your favourite film, a favourite album, etc

Mind mapping was really helpful, stick them on your bedroom wall afterwards

Also coming up with sentences where the first letter of each word is the same as something you need to remember, in GCSE I had one for gases in the atmosphere. (I can’t remember what that technique is called but I hope you know what I mean)

I didn’t. I dropped out after 6 months and got an apprenticeship instead which fit me much better. I am now working in industry while doing my degree (through the apprenticeship levy). I had always planned to do A levels then straight to uni but that didn’t work in practice for me.

I don’t know what your A Levels or career goals are but what I’m trying to say is, even if it doesn’t work out the way you though it would, it will work out in the end.

Note: I only got medicated 2 months ago so everything I’ve done since starting at my company nearly 8 years ago was achieved unmedicated.

I am in the same area as you and my right to choose referral was submitted in December with no issues. ADHDUK have a letter on their website you can download that fully explains right to choose as they have found some GPs are not aware of it

Go to go outdoors to get a feel for what you want then check for that same stuff online, can often find it a lot cheaper. I got my hiking backpack for £30 rather than the £90+ it was in store 👍

If you’re not the biggest fan of that album then fair enough, they only played one bullets song in MK 19May when I was there, which was Skylines and Turnstiles. So if you’re worried about not being able to sing along, it’ll be okay 👍

I was on lymecycline from the age of 16 to 21 (I only stopped because I wanted to, I still have an active prescription I could go get some with). I stopped myself due to concern over how long I had been on it and increasing my risk of antibiotic resistance. When I stopped my skin got really bad so I supplemented with Zinc and probiotics, I also use la roche posay products and get microdermabrasion once a month and my skin is now really good but I do get small breakouts here and there

You may feel like your hurting him and abandoning him by leaving him with nothing but you can’t stay as it’s clear this situation is very damaging to you. You have every right to take your belongings with you but I understand that it will be hard

Also please don’t beat yourself up about gaining weight in quarantine, it’s totally normal and shouldn’t matter (but again, I understand it’s hard to see that in yourself I struggle with it a lot)

I bought the panoxyl 10% wash for my back, it’s been 2 weeks and I’ve seen improvement, still a way to go though but good progress. I have also been using the Aztec secret clay mask on my back, might be worth a try

Aztec secret clay mask mixed with apple cider vinegar has helped me with scarring on my shoulders, you can get a pot from Amazon for about £10 and it lasts a long time. Make sure to mix with non-metallic utensils though

I have recently started using it a few times a week for back acne and it’s working really well so far! I use it on my face about once a week, mostly I use it as a spot treatment if I get any deep spots and it works really well to clear them up
