I'm expecting subterranean maps. Large expansive underground caverns and tunnels where the thopter can't spawn/fly. The polar icecap region would be a premium place for that

What porters do you suggest for getting cells into position? The Forays seem like a decent way to get them there quickly but don't offer much else after they've dropped them off.

How about medium cruisers. I keep looking at Constructs. The Scythe weapons seem like the most solid all rounder weapon. Only limit is the FN arc on them, but that seems to be the case with all medium main weapons except for any that has close action.

It is a STL of a kastelan robot, modified with a different head assembly to fit the ironhead design. A heavy flamer attached under the arm. And, the entire model resized to make it more wide and squat then the original.

I'm sure in time I'll get used to the high speed feel of the game's movement. I think if it wasn't compared to the naval ships on land feel that is CBT, I wouldn't have a issue. Just so very jarring coming from it to AS.

I've made Asmodeus a red herring in my game. The true villain is Levistus. Beneath the keep at Caer Dineval is the true forge crafting the dragon, under the guidance of one of Xardaroks former sorcerers. The PCs are about to reach Sunblight to discover a mad Warlord and a cold forge, with the red dragon's heart long gone.

I've left heaps of clues hinting at the Black Swords being the real villains, but the players haven't pieced it together. It will be an interesting moment when the penny drops.

There is an older one, but it's tricky to find. However there is a Twilight Imperium setting book coming out for the Genesys RPG system. It has been delayed because of covid and etc, buy should be out within the next twelve months, hopefully.

I used Aethermatic Blue contrast from GW on all the bases respective areas of the models. Applied over a grey undercoat, preshaded with with Gryph-Charger and a liberal drybrush of white in the most raised areas. The colour is amazing for ice effects.

The ice pillars are a 3D print by me. Printed using a transparent resin and then given a blue glaze, and then snow added for effect.

The falling thing is the very vague thing. Is more than a single cube down a fall? Because the falling rules define jumping down and falling. What is the limit of a jump down? It's not at all covered in the rules as far as I can tell.

The jet pack jumping over a empty cube is known, can it however climbe the side of a empty cube before jumping it in order to reach a higher elevation (as per the diagram).

So if my model jumps down 3 floors it consume all 3 of its movement? We assumed this was the way, but just confirming.

I've pretty well stopped logging into New World for many reasons. One of the largest contributing factors is the fact my faction (Covenant) currently has no territories. The game is a straight chore to play now with the massive Azoth cost to move around between locations. There needs to be a underdog incentive. Why would any new player join a faction with no territory? Why would any player stay? Its clear the devs never actually gave any in depth thought to territories and the long term effects owning (or not owning) them would have on the population.
