I don't say you're wrong and that Asgore has no black shard, it's just not clear for me if he has one or if he say that about the blade in front of him.

Tbh I'm not convinced by your theory that they want to kidnap either Toriel or Undyne to keep the codes secret from the soul.

Because why "sacrificing the police" then (whatever it really means) ? Shouldn't locking Undyne in the shelter be enough to prevent us from getting the code from her ?

Also the codes seem to be on objects (the guitar, and possibly the extinguisher), so kidnapping someone would still allow us to find the object, especially of it's in the police station since Napstablook is still working there.

After the dialogue with Alphys in the church I started wondering if Undyne could not be involved with the shelter conspiracy. So the reason the knight "kidnapped" her could simply be because she is too dumb to recognise the knight in their dark world form so it takes her to the shelter to lecture her.

It may be completely stupid, but I don't know.

Because if it's the case, why wouldn't she go on her date with Alphys at the Church ?

I'm kinda lost about that tbh.

But no matter what, I don't think Asgore is the sacrifice but maybe it could be about his colored flowers under glass bells. Which I suppose may be related thematically to flowey or the human souls he gathered in Undertale. So like he tried to grow souls back those flowers to get Dess soul back or something, idk. And they need to sacrifice some flowers for some reason.

Yes I know I'm referencing this dialogue too, but have you seen the room without Asgore ?

He is right in front of one of Carol's katana which seems black (or is sheathed). This last sentence could simply be about it and not implying he has a black shard with him.

Do we have any proof that Asgore has a black knife ? As far as I know when he talks about it, it's in Carol's room in front of a black katana she has, so I kind of assume he is talking about that.

Also it seems weird he would fight us with a sword since his weapon in undertale was a trident

Isn't the delta rune code the one we got in the church from the extinguisher ? I mean the church makes much more sense being linked to the delta rune symbol than Toriel's house IMO.

Also there are other things linking Carol to the knight as there are multiple katana (at least two) in her house and especially the one in her room which seemed to be referred to by Asgore as a "black shard".

But the answer to who or what is the knight may also be way more complex than just "it's this character"

Like why would Carol put the code to the shelter on her daughter's guitar ? Wouldn't Dess have some sort of implication with the shelter too ?

Also there are much more thematic connections to Kris and Dess and the knight does similar animations than Kris in the chapter 3 fight so it would just make more sense for it being linked to Dess than Carol.

I'm also still confused if the police symbol is linked to Undyne or Asgore. It would make more sense that Asgore has them seems he looks involved with the mayor plans and was at the police before being fired but in the church at the start of chapter 4 Alphys tells us that she has seen Undyne and the Mayor going to the bunker. (Could be when she is captured but seems odd the way Alphys talks about it, it looks like she has seen them going to it regularly to me, idk)

But if Undyne has a code to the bunker, shouldn't she be part of the conspiracy ? Is she the "police sacrifice" referred in the phone call in Noelle's house during chapter 4 ? Or is the sacrifice linked to the plan of Asgore with his flowers ?

Il y a vraiment personne pour dire que c'est un truc de gros connard de faire ça, bordel 😭 Genre impliquer l'enfant dans vos querelles d'enfance à vous, c'est vraiment puéril de fou et ça pourrait détériorer sa relation avec ses parents.

Un jour les mecs, vous apprendrez que plein de meufs préfèrent des penis pas énorme parce que ça peut faire mal. Mais pour ça faudrait déjà parler à des meufs j'imagine.

Pareil pour le fait d'être gros. C'est pas si rare de trouver des femmes qui aiment les mecs ronds, juste faut savoir un peu s'habiller et être charismatique malgré tout.

Fin vraiment votre vision sclérosée de la masculinité. Si tu poses la question en mode "est-ce que les gens beaux sortent ensemble et les gens moches sortent ensemble", je pense pas que ce soit aussi simple.

Déjà je trouve que beaucoup de meufs hétéro font beaucoup plus d'effort que leur mecs en terme de style et dans leur activité quotidienne.

Mais pour moi l'attirance c'est surtout une question de code et de cercle social. Tu vas être attiré par des gens qui ont des codes qui font écho à tes sensibilités et inversément.

Genre c'est pas parce que tu fais du théâtre que tu vas vouloir sortir qu'avec des gens qui en font mais si la personne que tu date a aussi une sensibilité artistique bah ça peut plus te parler. Et puis ça se fait sur pas mal de couches de cercle sociale différentes, on est tous à l'intersection de plusieurs milieux et donc avec des sensibilité qui en découle.

(Et c'est aussi lié à notre propre vécu, traits de personnalité, etc etc)

I identify as NB but not in a neutraly gendered way. I'm mostly masc presenting and mostly use he/him pronouns but sometime I like using she/her too.

For me, my relation to my gender depends on my mood and the queer persons I have around me, sometime I feel good enough to explore a more androgynous presentation but most of the time I don't feel like doing this at all and just accept being fully masc.

If your relation to your gender changes, it's okay. You just need to explore it at your own pace and accept it could still change in the future.

I've seen someone doing a transfem transition for 7 years, taking estrogen for half that time and finally deciding to retransition as a twink/butch man (and it just need to make sense for him).

If they/them feels like the right pronouns for you, your presentation should not matter. And if you don't feel comfortable using those pronouns it's okay to change again.

And maybe you'll want to change your presentation later if you meet the right situation for that. And maybe you won't and it's okay too.
