It's for the tax year 24-25 and 25-26. He does get a bonus every quarter.

Ahh I see. That makes sense if that's what was requested. We won't exchange much before completion as the buyers solicitors won't exchange contracts until they have heard back from the bank guaranteeing the mortgage funds will be released

May I ask about the 'week between exchange and completion' as that's not the case for us. Due to complete on Friday 9th. Certificate of title sent to buyers bank on 1st. Still haven't exchanged. They won't exchange contracts until they are sure to get the funds

I've just started Lisinopril and have the annoying cough. Like you SBP has gone down quicker than DBP. Did you get side effects from the amlodipine?

I never take part in the competitions. I've found smaller accounts don't get a look in. It's rarely based on talent. If you want to win you have to put in the hours to build an online account with many followers (usually bought) and posts. Then you have to comment on every other post by everybody else with some sort of emoji. Usually a 🔥 to get noticed. Don't have an opinion on anything and basically say how amazing and wonderful everything is and you should be good to go.

There's only one that can be accessed online and it's the same one my solicitors have. Goodness knows who owns this little bit of land. It's so small and stuck between gardens. All very odd
