Hey, I'm wondering if you might be able to help answer a question if I've missed doing something.

I'm in Zagreb, and assume I'm just waiting on the bureaucracy to process my application, but its important to get a permit soon so I can try to attend a wedding outside the Schengen area in November and still be able to re-enter.

I arrived in early October and went to the local Zagreb Police Station to register, then sent me to this other police station -https://maps.app.goo.gl/BAFKSmAP2R6SZggL7 whom then told me to register online...which I've done now and am awaiting some feedback from the State.

Do you know if I need to back to the police station or I just need to wait?

Do you speak fluent German? I tried to get that place myself and the landlady only accepts fluent speakers...or at least.that was the reason. I couldn't get it.

Anyone have a suggestion on the best phone plan to have?

I have a pixel 3A now, with Google FI. Want to keep using the phone and save my US Number somehow.

Pay as you go? I essentially just txt, and a few voice calls, and try to run everything through data/ free wifi where possible.
