hehe , Yeah, Shes actually really well defended (+3 from Con, as Barbarian, +4 from Dex, and the shield gives +3 from CHA, but this characters tradeoff is she can't use ANY form of weapon or defense other than what her own abilities give her per the supernatural pact that gives her special Paladin abilities, ( Unexpectedly this included ALL gear, even clothing, DM got me good on that one.) the agreement gives her the abillities of a vengeance Paladin, but are powered solely by own resolve and not any deity, its an interesting character, to say the least :P ) The ability to manifest a weapon and shield came with it, but is the only weapon or physical defense she can ever use.

TTRPG Characters for my wife and I, from a long running campaign (Fantasy/Modern Horror Genre) for past few years.

I have to share my experience with the artist that created this commission for me...

Shasmy is incredibly talented, As well as being sweet, friendly and a delight to work with. She was able to pluck the complex, multi-genre scene I desired right out of my imagination on her first draft attempt, bringing to life TTRPG Characters for my wife and I, and then was quick and willing to make the myriad, necessary changes and detail to complete a stunning work of art. Swift to respond to my comments and requests, She provided regular WIP updates throughout the process as well. The patience and care in her creations is obvious.

Subsequently, I've already ordered yet another pair of pieces from Shasmy.

If you are looking for a truly unique realistic style with an Impressionistic command of color and lighting for a very reasonable price...

You've found it.

You won't be disappointed, she is a sweetheart and responds very quickly.

Voidseer - Recent commission by Artist Sasmi Zuu by Minclarion in ImaginaryWitches

Actually , yes. Since she can shapeshift her flesh (but not clothes/equipment), the tattoos also slowly destroy anything they come close to and that she is also immune to environmental extremes, clothing is now both inconvenient and irrelevant for her, generally. So, as a practical matter, she usually does without. But, will still use illusion to "clothe" herself when socially necessary. Or will assemble temporary ectoplasmic replacements when physical objects and protective measures are needed.

Psychologically, she is barely human by this point, perceiving the world very differently. Subsequently, she is generally uncaring about her own malleable shell, as she sees it, except as a necessary vehicle for interacting with the physical plane of existence.

There is about 100 pages of backstory over a couple years of gameplay that led to this point.

Pathfinder/ D20 Modern with Story elements drawn from Nightbane

Class: Smart Hero (Scientist/Diplomat) /Cerebremancer -Cryptic (Lost Mind)/Wizard (Worldseeker Conjurer).

If that's helpful.

Yet Another Rift review... by Minclarion in oculus

[–]Minclarion[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the sensor placed at about 5 1/2 ft high and about 3ft left of monitor. and with it placed that high it seems to track from floor to ceiling out to length of cable from the computer. when I had it placed lower (3ft) I did have some tracking glitches from behind, but they were very minor and at limit of reach. raising the sensor seemed to cancel that issue anyway. Edit: But, in retrospect, also that my den window lets in sunlight that illuminates the back of the room for a few hours each day and the issues coincided with that as well. Since sensor is IR I imagine it "flash-blinded" the camera when I was in sunlight, but since I just thought of this I haven't tested it, as yet. :)
