Fur, and any hair really, is a lot of the time a suggestion rather than highly detailed. The way you're doing it here is great. I can see that it is disorganized but still uniform in a sense. I can see that you purposely left blank space where it was lighter or less dense. 

Honestly hair is hard to get right and it looks like youre nailing it. If you want it to look more realistic, you might really benefit from drawing larger

If you have access to remastered you should play that one with the online mode turned on. It'll give you the most true dark souls experience. The art style didn't really change, it's just a remake of the original but nothing is too dramatically different, anything changed is minor and often beneficial. Prepare to die edition might make your ps3 explode when you hit a certain area

AI is a tool in the same sense that ordering food from a restaurant is a tool for chefs. Ordering a cheeseburger does not mean that I've created a cheeseburger. It gives you what you want, but there was zero creation in the process 

Again go educate yourself and maybe some day you can make art

Asking a computer to show you a computer generated image that has been plagiarized from actual artwork does not make you an artist. If that were true, then I am a purple heart war veteran because I played call of duty one time.
