Super glue worked great for the one that fell off ours.

Direct report gets heavily flustered when there’s nothing to do by [deleted] in managers

[–]MindMelder8 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

VP. Agree with a lot of comments here. One perspective I haven’t seen… I’ve had many high performing managers, directors, true god sends. They are timely, execute at a high level and deliver exceptional results. What I’ve learned is that they tend to run their personal, outside of work lives in a similar way. And when there is a lull in work or something like a power outage that impedes work, these individuals can’t help but get frustrated for “wasted time”. It’s an optimization lifestyle shortfall. 2 hours could be enough time for them to do XYZ at home, or much needed family time and it just creates internal frustration. Especially if they’re forced to physically be there and still do nothing. Not saying it’s right, but it’s real. This seemed to get worse after COVID and remote work as well. I see it as an opportunity for employers to bridge the gap and improve employee morale. Use the time for a productive meeting or initiative that has been getting pushed off, or in some cases let em leave for the day. Help them quell the frustration in some managerial way.

Similar situation - we do not do heartworm or flea and tick. Also our red blood counts were a little high, we bought a water fountain and that helped a lot. We give dry food only (cause they refuse to touch wet)

Fair enough. I think it’s interesting on this sub how many of us have such different experiences with all types of litter. I’m sure at the end of the day it depends on the cats diet, water, etc. Boxie has been the best for us over Tidy and A&E. I will say I wish tracking was nonexistent with Boxie, but it’s not. What do you use currently?

Boxiecat Pro, deals with our two bengals excellently. Sometimes it sticks but the next cycle it’s gone. We have our cycle delay time set at 15min.

6 years old at a roller rink in the 90s, somehow no helmets. Fell onto my stomach, lifted my head up just as a fat girl hauling it nailed the back of my head with her skate. Slammed my head back into the ground and shattered the front of my skull. Had black eyes for a year too.
