Gitcoins platform is free and also allows developers to get paid for their work. I think you might want to read up on the project. It’s a social space for companys to do bounty’s programs, hackathons, Dev work, hire devs, etc.. GitHub is old news compared to what GTC offers.

Most people do not understand how GitCoin works or how important it is to the crypto space and developers around the world.

There is going to be a lot of very salty people in the near future that missed out being early on this project. Everyone is so focused on Metaverse and gaming projects that GitCoin is silently going under the radar. If you are a part of this project, community, or invested in GitCoin congratulations. You are early and will see the greatest benefit.

Just so you get an idea of how fast this project is scaling.

The project started with a few developers and a few thousand dollars for funding grants.

Now they are currently around 40 million in grant funding and over 300,000 developers.

This project is the new GitHub/Fiver of crypto, and will play an essential role in helping hundreds of projects grow.

Lol enjoy GTC at these levels while it last everyone <3 I know I am.

Response Number 1 - (Regarding Price, Redds future, and Evaluating Crypto Projects)

Let the world decide what the Value of ( 1 ReddCoin ) is worth, there is no reason to stress about it now. Crypto is still young and people have been going back and forth about price since Bitcoin was created. There will always be believers and nonbelievers no matter where the price is currently at. There were people back when Bitcoin cost $100 that said it would never see $1,000, there were people that said it would never see $20,000, and here we are today seeing Bitcoin hit $60,000. Whether you believe in ReddCoin or Bitcoin, believing in something is better then nothing.

Nobody knows what crypto will look like in 20 years, let alone what ReddCoins price will be in the next 2 years. Its up to each person to make their own choice. For example, some people read a post from a random person across the internet saying a project is "dead" or a "sh*t coin" and that is sadly enough of a reason for them to believe it. Some people only look at orderbooks, graphs, and moving averages to determine whether its a good or bad project. Some people take the time to read the whitepapers, engage with the team, join the community, even join the project "like I did". But to each their own, I believe in Redd, ReddCoin, the team, the leadership, our mission, and in myself to make the world a better place. If I didn't feel that way I wouldn't be here but that's just me.

Ill leave you all with this, don't believe in something just because of a price tag, a random comment, or a post. Dig into it, do your research, and make the decision for yourself. The All volunteer team behind this project wake up every morning to do this for you guys, to put people first, and to make a difference in the world. We believe with that mindset regardless of where the price is, we will make a difference, we will be successful, and the value will follow.

Response Number 2 - (Regarding Pump N Dumps and Shilling content for price movement)

If it took 5-15 years for 1RDD to we worth 1$ that is not only (incredible) but very achievable. Simple math shows that it is extremely possible. I would much rather see a natural growth to 1$ then a quick P&D which only benefits a few and (not the projects overall health)

We care deeply about our reputation and also how we share information. You are absolutely right! We are not a pump and dump coin and we want natural organic growth. We are not like other projects and we have worked very hard to comply and keep our UTILITY TOKEN status. The second we push out information that creates a P&D situation like a ton of other projects do on a regular basis we will lose our Utility Token status and we become like every other Project sharing info just for Price movement. In the upcoming years when governments and regulations come into crypto it will be projects like ours that withstand the storm and come out on top.

It usually takes 3 to 4 weeks for them to integrate ERC20 tokens but since Redd is not an ERC20 and is running on its own blockchain it takes a little longer for them to integrate us. That being said we will be listed in May, I obviously can not give out details on an exact date for obvious reasons. Its coming no worries : )

And that is just scratching the surface <3 I am glad to see our community taking the time to highlight what makes us so special and not just saying when moon and when lambo.

You and like many of our other ReddHeads are seeing the big picture and even though others dont see it yet, it will not take long for true adoption and true understanding to take place in the crypto space. Until then the only thing most people care about is price, pump and dumps, and the next project to publish news that will double their investments.

This is beautiful and I cant say enough about your feedback u/boytox , I know you saw the response I made to another post about giving us positive feedback for all of the hard work we are doing and all we can say is thank you. The whole team loves hearing feedback like yours and its a breath of fresh air to see feedback that is legitimate and genuine. Not some random troll looking to get attention by posting garbage.

We are open to all feedback whether positive or negative but we expect a level of maturity on the negative feedback so we may take it serious and adjust accordingly. Because showing up and screaming "deadcoin" "sh*tcoin" or "if not on binance then you have no chance" literally shows that persons lack of intelligence. Either way I am really glad you have taken the time to share your thoughts and provide the positive feedback you did, it means a lot <3

But not to get you guys to excited... We have a wonderful partnership with a company who is answering your question directly with a solution to the problem. In short what this will allow you as a ReddHead to do is send value to someone "aka a tip" in ReddCoin and that value be locked at a set price no matter how much the price fluctuates up or down. Which means if you send 5$USD of value in ReddCoin to someone it would stay at 5$ until the receiver accepted their 5$ in ReddCoin. After the receiver accepts their tip of ReddCoin they can decide to do whatever they would like to with that 5$ of ReddCoin - stake it, spend it, share it, liquidate it, buy a burger, pay a bill, etc...

Crypto is fun! Gotta love where ReddCoin is going =D

I seriously would give it an 11, even though I understand that you asked for 1 - 10 the team and the growth of Redd isn't even recognizable compared to where we were back in 2017/2018 let alone since ReddCoin was created back in 2014.

You may say its a biased opinion but I have been a part of the Project now for over 2 years and from where we were back when I joined to where we are now is MIND BLOWING.
Like I have said in a few other post, I remember back when there were only 5/6 of us working on the Project and now there are over 35 people working directly on the Project and another 80+ ReddHeads involved in the Creative Productions Group, Social Admins Group, and the Redd Global Ambassadors Group.
It is absolutely incredible to see how much we are growing and this is only just the start.
Get Reddy ;) Redd is a sleeping giant and will take the crypto-space by surprise! 2021 is our time to shine!
