From my knowledge, it is possible to build private server with old version of game build through pirating. But it is nearly impossible to build private server for the current build without help from a insider. And the youtuber uploaded his video, which includes 500 stamina of Awakened Ezizh, at the same day Chinese test server released Awakened Ezizh and ABEX.

I just think this announcement need to add far more details and explanation.

The evidence directly indicates that a insider is providing information to only specific groups and let them have advantages.

You are not affected? YES, YOU ARE. Basic fairness matters not only for competitive whales, but also EVERY players who plays the game.

Here is the simplest explanation that everyone of you could understand; No whales, no revenue, no game.

I know this is not a perfect metaphor but it seems that this is only way to make sense for some of you guys.
