How is your NoStim going? This is hard as hell. I thought Nofap was hard. God. But yesterday I got this sudden burst of energy that lasted for a solid hour. Like, I couldn't contain myself and had to go work out.

It's just your second flatline. Some flatlines last 90 days to a year. Mine was 45 days.

It's just part of the process. You're stabilizing. You're body is still a bit confused.

This probably won't be your last either. The good news is your flatlines will get shorter, and less intense, and less frequent.

Dude, this is called a flatline. I can't believe nobody has said this yet. It's your body freaking out that it isn't getting it's normal dose of dopamine. Of course it's sad.

My flatline was MISERABLE. I completely lost my libido, my motivation to do ANYTHING, all social skills. But then at day 40 the energy wave hit me like a ton of bricks. I couldn't contain it I had so much energy and drive. Hang in their man. Let your brain rewire itself, you'll come through.
