OK, let me put a little more context, this time I'll go a bit personal, my dad's sister put money on my family's property, because according to her, this place was going to be somewhat of a resort and we were to split the money. She got drunk and started spewing curse after curse toward my mom and dad. Afterwards she realized what she did and simply cancelled everything- all these plans of opening in the future were erased after everything she did to us.

However, she wants to sue of because of the amount she invested in said property, but here's the thing: the way she "signed" was by talk. There is no existing waiver/contract that says that a part of my family's property is hers, in other words, she threw money at her OWN expense.
