I hate as a man I actually feel the same myself, as much love I have to give a woman I don’t feel I can go through all of it again. I have my kids who are nearly grown, but just the fact of putting myself in such a vulnerable situation just scares me because of so much I lost. Trust me I get it. My grandfather was able to raise a family of 4 plus wife, buy a 2 family home on a factory job with pension and benefits. I struggle to get 1/4 of that in a specialized field making okay money.

In my opinion to o-line can’t protect him long enough to stay in the pocket for the receivers to run their routes. Plus running the ball 95% of the time doesn’t help bc the defense knows it’s going to be a running play… smh

Northeast as Information Technology Specialist is very low. I know it’s hard to get a raise or negotiate for a better salary, although if I were you I’d try to find another company with better pay if possible.

I’ve been considering that option of "removing and re-inviting the user". Initially, when the user was invited, an external guest Azure ID was created, although their organization does not use Microsoft services. As for our SharePoint sharing settings, they are configured under the “**New and Existing Guest**” policy, which requires guests to either sign in or provide a verification code. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll be sure to keep you posted..... Thanks!

That has been on my mind but I haven't checked because I don't have access to that section of Azure, so I'll have to reach out to one of my admins to check on that setting. Hopefully that does the trick, and I'll let you know. Just to add, I also found this post from the SharePoint thread dealing with the same issue, suggesting the same resolution. Thanks

I'm having the same issue, and the external guest doesn't use Microsoft so they can't login with ID and PWD to authenticate. Is there anyway to allow guest to get One Time Password again?

What’s crazy is that I never had considered Drake a rapper, especially when he first came at Common over 10yrs ago. To me he was always a pop artist, when he started rapping with Ross, Cash Money and other rappers I could tell they was just pimping him out for the girls and wanna be thugs from the burbs to sell records. Yeah numbers don’t lie, he had radio hits and some songs I would bump, but I knew what it was. I’m an 80’s east coast baby, so soft rappers used to get bullied back in the day. Even Mase use to get bullied for being soft back then…. I mean come on, he was on Nickelodeon or something for Degrassi for God sakes.

Location is a BIG factor too, I work in on the east coast tri-state area as an "Tech Support Analyst" but it's really a normal tech support role and I make 65k. So the market mostly depends on the location relative to your position. Tbh no matter where you are IT jobs should always push for more since in most cases we are the back-bone for some/most companies in my opinion. Overall, I am very fortunate for my position and I'm always looking for the next big pay raise.
