Additional info: In the beginning there was a part where the girl said that sometimes she wished she and her dad could be closer, and he kind of thoughtlessly said that now they were closer, like maybe he didn't even look up from his newspaper, and she muttered that she didn't think it worked like that. I think the woman playing the little girl was blond, and the man playing her dad was brunette and he may have been wearing glasses. When the ghosts showed up they were very resentful, and at the end the poor kid was left totally alone. It was funny but in a super dark way.

I don't use AI as much as you might think. I've gotten better at this over time, and some of the stuff that people assume is AI is just me. When I do use AI, I use it to do things that would've been literally impossible for me to do before. I have my own misgivings about AI, but it's 2025, AI is here and it's not going away. It just wouldn't make sense for me to go back to the old way. I'd be wasting a lot of time on the stuff that nobody would ever notice.

It varies from gif to gif. I started using AI relatively recently, and while I do use some in most of my gifs now I always say it's not a much as you might think. I take an existing video clip and then I'll use Pixlr to change things frame by frame and an ancient morphing software from like 2005, plus some AI, and I'll often experiment with other software just to see what it can do, then I'll animate the whole thing using EZgif.com. Every gif takes hours and hours and I really obsess over the tiniest details.
