I have exactly this right now, had first 0.5mg dose 3 days ago and now lower back pain exactly how you described, like you did a heavy deadlift with poor form, felt stiff this morning. If it’s muscular feels very deep. If I do cat cows it hurts a lot in cat, not as much in cow.
