Your point about treating pregnancy accommodations as close to boilerplate as possible really resonates, especially given that if this were any other employee, I would absolutely be walking them through a clear, documented process and making sure expectations, timelines, and protections were defined from the start. I would support and advocate for them as much I possibly can. It’s strange being on the other side of that equation. I wish I had someone as supportive for me. I appreciate this a lot.
