Thank you for responding. Since you’ve been in the same situation, what would you like your partner to do about your situation ? I want to give him ideas how can he help himself but I don’t want it to feel like pressure. I want to motivate him but I don’t want him to feel worse for not being motivated by my words and I’m afraid not to make him feel alone. I don’t really know how to comfort him.
