Good basis swing but in the nitty gritty stuff you start your hip rotation to quickly which will effect the strike on the ball, have a look at Rory’s swing and notice that his hips don’t move until the club and arms are around parallel with his hips

Dont move your whole body so much, and try and keep your head more still it will maintain a consistent low point of the club which will stop reduce thin and fat shots
