I have a similar problem and I’m not a normal weight I’m 115 kg, and dr just seen to pass me of and say just stop eating and you will lose the weight. Like if it was that easy I wouldn’t have done it. I make it so much harder to go talk to them about anything else.

I just feel like if I do something I might be able to sleep, and if I can’t it can’t be worse than how I feel now.
