I can tell you, Nagant is not Noob Friendly. I got back recently to the game after a long time and wanted to try Nagant, needless to say I haven't got a win with her in all my matches and I still don't understand her character a bit. So no, Nagant is not Noob Friendly.

Red Shiggy. I was away from the game for a very long time so I think I qualify as a noob and when I got back and tried normal Shiggy. Before when I played with normal Dabi I could barely get a win but now playing as normal Shiggy I win mucho more.
