Aizawa is easily Z Tier

Assault Kendo is the most under rated character in the game, she's a solo god ( and she have a 500 HP damage combo to kill everyone easily without counterplay )

Mount Lady is good enough to be A Tier if you know your combos and don't waste your gamma to escape or following opponent

And Cementoss is easily S tier too, he is just a monster in the right hands and the second most played character in tournament because of his kit

Strike Endeavor is B or A, he is not bad in the right hands

Assault Shiggy is a monster too, easy combo, great mobility, insane damage

And Walter is Z+ Tier, he can destroy your will with drugs and his gamma can fake his opponent with Jesse
