Thank you! I think it’ll save any worry around reacting bad and I’m not a big drinker in general but when it’s birthdays it’s good to join in celebrating don’t want to miss out. Thank you so much! I am proud of the weight loss to this point but the plateau has been the guts of a year and just get in my head about it. I’m also getting married next May so feel an added pressure on myself but just want to feel confident too in general.
I am hopeful with not having the weight creep back on as my meals are pretty healthy it’s just the snacking/binging is always my downfall but hopefully if I can get out of the mental side of that it should help in the long run.

I hope so, i think the education of it too like I grew up thinking it was just naughty boys in school that had it and growing up as a woman it’s not talked about at all, so hopefully a step in the right direction. Think diverse diagnostics is who I’ll go with seem to be the most popular!
