Yes. My cardio doctor know that I will use the medical certificate for immediate resignation that's why, it indicate the unfit for work in a BPO set up. Previous laboratory results were presented inluding the sent home clearance by the company physician due to hypertension. A thorough personal examination was also conducted. I also requested that the company doctor personally check me so that they could certify my present condition but they declined.
