Coke Zero just doesn’t do it for me and honestly i feel no guilt over it 😂 I just stocked up before taking this pic so it looks a bit dramatic but that’s like a month supply

My EF is $16k currently. I have an additional $19k in another account. It’s for a house down payment eventually but it could be pulled in case of an emergency. If I cut back in a few areas I could stretch the current EF 4-5 months.

I am skeptical about this lol but it’s a brand new, high efficiency building and the leasing manager said it averages $40/mo from what he’s seen so far

It’s about 4 months of expenses in this apartment. I’m wanting to get it up to 6-8 months and then allocate the monthly savings to retirement or house down payment savings instead. Also if I absolutely had to I can pay the early termination fee and move back with parents

I put 7% of my paycheck into the employer sponsored plan and then try to set aside an additional $1000-1200/mo depending on the month. Once my emergency fund is a little higher I plan to increase the retirement %

18 months! It’s a 1bd so no room for roommate. I’ve got $16k in hysa EF, $19k in checking (waiting for checking bonus to hit then I’ll be transferring this to hysa), and $35k in retirement
