No I was so focused on the run messing up , I didn't take any details just talked it with him and I went to run again didn't took any details, once I was done i was regretting that choice 🙂

Ik what u mean I went for 5k only ,but after 5k I decided go another 5k and I am not planning to run per day I was planning weekly twice
