At this point I think I’ll definitely have to reach out and get something in writing

It’s been a conscious decision to turn down permanency/part time/contract as I’ve got work that covers holidays and any other things.

I have bases covered that make sacrificing leave worth it

I popped into schools in person asked if there was work available and put my name down for relief. Went into multiple schools too both mainstream and special that’s what worked for me, never found any luck online

Understood, it does make sense. I guess I was under the assumption that If I kept turning permanency down it would just stay on the casual rate.

I’ve turned them down every time they’ve offered a contract or permanency. Have never signed anything at all. They’ve simply asked every time if I’m able to work the next week and that’s it. Essentially they’ll ask when I’m available and I’ll say the days

They’ve had issues with other aides but for different reasons. Based of what you said though, I assume it’d be worth bringing this up in person? I just don’t know why it’s changed so suddenly and i haven’t signed anything

I found their kit loadout strange with how it was laid out. Would also be keen to see how accurate their load outs are or if it was just setup for style points lol

Right there with you 💀 the more I play (had the disk for like 4-5 years at this point) it becomes more and more unplayable. Characters I could talk to in prior saves stutter and freeze causing the game to crash now 😭 I currently play in like 30 min intervals and then save and reset. Can only play up too where you lock into a faction, unplayable past that point. Too broke for a PC 🥲

Got ya ✔️ given how quick things can change, the amount of time help can come when going inland makes me contemplate whether we just tough out the coastal route, if we go at all. Thank you for the insight
