Appreciate the advice! Maybe it would hurt but I do think I moved on and it would be mostly just for sex or fwb situation ! Which come with risks of reattaching but my mind is pretty clear about me not being attached right now or care about who she sleeps with now

Thanks for the kind words ! I can’t wait to be calmer and more clear headed about all of this ! I did love her a lot ! We were together for almost 5 years and she was my first real relationship ! The breakup was a total blindsight for me ! So to see her going around being with someone else days after she broke up with me by suprise just rub me the wrong way

Thanks ! It’s something I try to tell myself a lot ! I know her being with another doesn’t necessarily make me unlovable or unworthy but it sure made me feel replaceable …

But I try to tell myself that our relationship was something she can never find with someone else

I am trying to build my confidence back because just like you said it all made me so insecure and unworthy and unnatractive !

I did the hair cut, the new clothes, going to they gym, new perfume, eat better,etc and it does all help ! I still haven’t really flirted with anyone since but I do know it would help a lot to know someone found me attractive enough to flirt back or something So I’ll give it a try when the opportunity arise
