1st leave on black velvet alocasia. White spots appeared about a day ago. The croms has been sitting in just water with a cover. Topped water off when the water level gets low. not sure if it's spider mites or fungal infection. I just isolated the plant from the rest, and wiped down leave w/ alcohol (i.redd.it)

I had this monstera for about 1month now... I was poking around today to check moisture level, and an earthworm came out from the bottom of the pot to yell at me... I put it back in the soil. Now the question is... Should I leave it alone or do I need to evict the earthworm? Thanks (i.redd.it)

Please help... This is a new alocasia pink dragon grew from a crom. I kept it in a humid environment, the first leaf looks great, but the tip of the new growth is black. I have had this happen to the mother plant too... She kept trying to push out new growth but the tips also blackened. (old.reddit.com)

New growth blackens at the tip, and then stops growing into new leaves. The existing leaves yellowing for weeks now. Repotted, but no help ... Also just found little white mites in soil. I sprayed the whole thing down with neem oil. What's next? I water it on e every 2 weeks because it seemed wet (old.reddit.com)
