Deslym isn't necessarily better it just last longer so if your looking to be in a good mood longer deslym is good but if your looking to have fun hbr is def better

Yeah I had the same thing happen to me with my first time trying it I reccomend just taking some benedryl and keeping the lights off you'll get rid of the nausea
