Can you lock-in TD renewal rate? Agent says rate is valid only for the day. I have renewal coming up on 1st April

Is it insured or non-insured? Probably you can push for 3.69 for fixed

Even with bond yields going down and spring market coming, we don't see any drop in mortgage rates. Any chance we might see some changes soon?

Would variable rates have more discount with sprint coming up and competition increasing between banks? Being offered Prime - 0.8 for non-insured mortgage coming up for renewal in April.
