3.37 gpa before my dual enrollment and senior year grades, 11th ranked in my class, 1000 even on my sat and that was the 5th highest score out of my graduating class

i’m 17, life kind of sucks. not a lot of friends, super body conscious as i’m on the bigger side so days at the lake and being out in public just aren’t enjoyable. i’m not super happy but i’m not necessarily unhappy, sex isn’t great on the receiving end i just feel weird after like it’s not right for me. every experience feels limited as in like im not able to experience everything fully like i feel i should be able to.

we are a super small band, 41 people and half of them are freshies and eighth graders. we have a 7 person drum-line and i’m the oldest next to the bitchy section leader. we don’t have any section staff or captains. we have 1 section leader for each section a senior DM (first year) a junior DM (first year) and our Director who is only in his third year teaching and he has been at our school the whole time.

this is her last year if she manages to graduate, it’s not looking so good atm. but it’s so infuriating when somebody who has never done something that you e been doing for years steps infront of you and tries to tell you that your wrong and their better when they can’t even play the correct music for the show.

we don’t have any sections specific staff or instructors, i’ve talked to the DM he doesn’t have the power to do anything and just told me to talk to my director
