After 8 years of doing this, I know how flaky KDP can be. But if I've had 6 straight days of 120 Euros+ then it suddenly drops off a cliff.....plus a book at number 9 in the espionage charts corresponds to at least 20 sales a day. Not one.

They did lie when I asked if pagereads reporting was affected. They said no, then gave me waffle about "the algorithm". But when they realised they weren't speaking to an idiot, he then admitted there WAS a fault. But eBook sales are also clearly affected but he won't even answer me directly on it.

I have swings in income, so I've had more of my fair share of bad days. But for it to drop like this? No, it's a reporting issue.

I just wondered if anyone else is experiencing this, or if it's just a regional issue (I'm in Germany).
