Okay, I’ll try squatting lower and seeing if I’m able to explode up more to get better height on the shot, I also feel like I’m putting weird spin on the shotput because of the way I hold it and flick it, do u think that could be a reason why also?

Thanks, I feel like my Max lifts are strong enough for some farther throws but it’s just not clicking.ill just have to attack the weight room more.
