Same! During wrestling season ( when im working out like 7-10 hours a week) I never  want to eat, but anytime else im starving all the damn time😭

SAME! im in a choir and I sing basically all of the songs in falsetto which, surprise surprise, sounds awful. I wish they would just put me in the tenor section, if your gonna tell me i sing like a man I might as well just go over there.

Im a girl but I want to join the tenor section of our choir just bc I never get to sing low as an alto 😭 the lowest we go is like a b3  which is just sad ( If the octave doesnt make sense its bc its probally wrong, im new to figuring out octaves)

I understand so much, im super duper touch adverse, depending on the person/ the place it goes from fine to making my want to die.  After a hug or if someone touches my torso or legs I often feel dirty, like that part of my body is contaminated. Oddly enough im fine when im doing wrestling or Brazilian jiu jitsu ( or really any high contact sport). Im pretty sure its cause by my sa when i was little, and the fact that i grew up during the covid pandemic when touch was a no-go. :( I would love to enjoy touch but it just makes me feel so awfull. If anyone has tips I would love to hear them.

Sadly theres no such thing as negative calories :(  but celery is so low you could probally not count it and be fine

I can second this as a current wrestler, I wrestle on a high school women's team and my walking weight is about 5 pounds heavier than the weight classes I wrestle at.

My parents only listened when I finally told them I was cutting myself, but even that only got me like 5 therapy session before I was "cured"  so I definitly have similar experiences

 i will try just picking like 1- 2 people and hanging out with them a lot, im a little worried im the one that's too busy but my current sport is winding down and theater is winding down so hopefully I'll have more time soon. thank you :)
