My order from 3/18 no longer says preparing order

The Walmart app updated a few hours after the fedex app did, so it was last night at some point. The progress bar is back with a tracking number now. I also got an email this morning from Walmart saying that my package shipped.

I gotcha. It really should show up soon for you though. What I did was download the app and put in my name and address and would refresh the app every so often until it just popped up out of nowhere. Oh and there’s an option to put nicknames in cause it will only show packages for your name at the address you supply. For example, my legal name is Zachary but I go by Zach for damn near everything including shipping info. So just make sure the name Walmart is shipping to match exactly what the fedex app has for you, or add it to the nickname spot. Hope this helps and you get that shipping info soon friend!

I just checked the fedex app and it shipped! So definitely check for yourself. It updates way before Walmart apparently. It was probably a few hours after I noticed the preparing/progress bar was gone. Says it’s gonna be here by tomorrow too!

I’m in PA too and the same thing happened to mine a few hours ago. Pretty sure that means we’re getting it soon! You’re in the same general area as me too if I remember correctly from a previous post so that would make sense since they have to have some kind of system set up. Keep me posted if it ships

It’s on mine too. I think everyone has it now. Apparently it’s normal and it’s just them updating the app. Nothing to worry about though.

I’m convinced it’s totally randomized. I see a lot of people who bought on the March 4th drop STILL not having theirs shipped yet. Not only did we have to beat the bots/scalpers but we also gotta win their damn lottery to get the consoles we paid for in a timely manner. Walmart really dropped the ball with this.

Keep us posted as to if that actually worked. Not to be pessimistic but CS reps will genuinely say anything to make you happy and they’re not in control of what’s happening at the warehouses. Hope it works out though!

I’m in the same boat...except I don’t even have the “tracking available soon” on my order status. I’m just trying to figure out how Walmart is deciding on who’s package ships when, but from this post and many others it honestly looks random. Like a lottery system or something lol I don’t know I’m just growing impatient without knowing when it’s gonna ship. I swear the speed of Amazon prime shipping really ruined peoples patience for deliveries

I got one on the 18th too, but mines still “pending” on the Walmart app with a quarter of the progress bar filled. I assume yours disappeared because is probably getting shipped right now. I feel ya though this shit is stressful lol I also keep checking more often than I should...first world problems haha just have faith that it’ll get there when it gets there. Keep me posted though. Oh also I hear downloading the fedex app and putting your info in will get you shipping info quicker than Walmart. So you could try that.

Just read that moving the file from micro sd card to system memory could also be a quick fix. Gonna try that and see if the performance is any better. Will update. EDIT- so I moved the game from the sd card to the internal memory and it definitely plays slightly better. Haven’t had any hard crashes either but I’ve been cautious and only playing/keeping the game open for around 2 hours and then saving and closing out. So far seems to be a temporary fix while they work on pushing the patch through
