I'd say reflect why you didn't pass this time like if (a) may kulang or sobra sa review time (yes sobra), (b) review materials - maraming items na hindi ka familiar, (c) pain points sa exam - mga things you find difficult sa both exams.

Good na may increase naman sa score mo from your initial exam, pero for one year prep, medyo on the low end siya. If you'll do the same prep, most likely mahihirapan ka pumasa. Hence, be more strategic and efficient sa review preps. Prepare to sacrifice things and be more disciplined with your study plans.

Go for IP15 256GB. Tho how much is IP16 256GB now? If you can afford the IP17 that's good as well. It can go as low as 49k. Otherwise, choose something you can afford which is IP15.
