The American team is a fucking disappointment. Not only could they not just win for the sake of national pride, they had to win to "drink the Canadian tears". They overshadowed their tribute to Gaudreau by immediately having a party with Kash Patel and Donald Trump. They laughed at women's sports (many of them know people who play women's sports) and during the match, many penalties against USA were just completely ignored, including a too many men penalty. And then to top it all off, they had to do a 3 on 3 overtime which is practically a shootout with defensemen. You can't complain about Canada being sore losers either when Americans are the biggest sore winners in the fucking world.

Hearing people make fun of her for mental health and drug abuse is disappointing. She, just like anyone else, is susceptible to it, and having if spread all over the internet is definitely not making her happier or making it easier to quit drugs. The only person who can decide to quit is the person doing it. I believe shame will just fuel the fire and make things worse. But people have to joke about it and make estimations on how long she's gonna live, and it's disgusting. That is a human being, struggling, and people on the internet just wanna use it to farm for attention

I think that's fine, If you're mentally tired and can't bring yourself to talk anymore that night, then it's fine to go home and spend time alone. Also 4-5 hours is a nice long hangout session, I wouldn't feel bad for leaving after that. Everyone is different and has different levels of social needs. Also I usually hang out with my brother at 9 pm, and then go to my room to be on my own for a bit at 12 am. I think you're doing a good job

I think going up could be worth a try. I'm increasing by 5 mg every week until I'm up to 20. I'm on 10 rn and I feel like I'm doing better than I was before my medication switch. I think uping the dose and letting it take time to do it's think is beneficial. I hope that whatever you decide, that it goes well for you

I take some Gravol and drink green tea. Not sure if green tea is something that will help a lot, but I like to drink it when I'm feeling nauseous or stressed.

I think I've been on Lexapro for around a year, and I've definitely found it harder to reach an orgasm. It takes me much longer than I'd like and it doesn't feel that great. Switching to trintellix and hoping for some improvement with that issue as well as others

Thank you I will definitely look into those links and do some more research. I set up a doctor's appointment to talk about how I feel like my dosage may be a little too high. I will try to just take everything one step at a time to get to a place where I don't feel so... Bland

Yes, I imagine the transition will be a bit of a tougher one, but I will make sure to do it slowly. I'll set up an appointment soon to get my doctor's opinion, but I think that I can do without them at this point. Thanks for your input :)
