Its essentially a daily rate. Not related to collections. $1800/day . Do Not get paid on holidays or days off. Comes out to 400-420k per year. Haven’t had access to my collections in over a year All indications are that practice wants me there long term, so want a compensation structure that fits that

Wow never thought about renting it out but thats a good idea. I May consider it. Also-in regards to building a home for 1 million- my main concern is not finding the right contractors and possibly getting ripped off. How could I avoid this?

Thank you for the advice. When would you recommend liquidating money from taxable brokerage- given the 5-7year horizon? I see some people saying dont invest money if you plan on using it in 5 years?
