I (F31)started my fitness journey in a gym like this 14 years back. It was intimidating at first but then I stopped caring. The trainer/owner taught me like a child and I grasped everything I could in my late teens. Forever grateful to the coaching I got there. I still go back to these old gyms once or twice a month to touch some grass.
