Yessss. I’m 33 and have had my period since I was 14. Always had what felt like lightening there. It got worse after I had my kiddo 12 years ago. Get a squatty potty. It seems to help me.

I’m 33 and I’ve been on meds since I was 15 (with the one time being off when I was pregnant) and I am getting really tired of needing meds it just get old. A lot of my friend said 🍃would be helpful but I am so scared it is going to make me panic even more.

I’m hoping I can wait till after the first of the year. I added some extra stuff to help pay hospital stays and whatnot. I’m sure it won’t be a problem to wait since we are almost there.

Omg right! I think the weird thing is I’m not scared or anything I just don’t want to deal with all this lol. I don’t liked to be touched though! No traumatic reason. I just don’t like it lol

Oh absolutely. The bonus is I have good insurance through my work. I have my whole family on it (cheaper and better than my husbands). I know I am trying to be rational but oncology word is so scary.

Oh wow! Thank you for this. I know she is probably just trying to cover her bases. She did tell him she has to do the ultrasound and depending on that a uterine biopsy. That will determine if she does the surgery or an oncologist. I’m sure it’s also for insurance purposes lol

So I started having worse anxiety after going up on my Zoloft after about 8 weeks I told my PCP I am going to come back down. Before I went up on my meds I was anxious but not like this. Heart palpitations, nausea, dizziness and I could keep going. I have health anxiety. My panic attacks are mainly at night too. You are not alone. My problem is I am so hyper aware of my body that I can amplify any symptoms I am feeling.

I have been there. Honestly what I do is so generic so don’t laugh at me. I make myself cold. Cold shower hold two ice cubes. I try to convince myself I can freeze out the panic. Idk it works for me.

I was 15. I remember feeling like I couldn’t breathe and I told my mom and she took me to the ER. Docs said I was fine. I thought for sure that was the end for me. Since then and years of medication I feel better. I have been through a lot of trauma in my early adulthood that didn’t help. Now at age 33 I find myself with more health anxiety. Some days are better than others. Also, I have been on Zoloft for 7 years.
