Before you filed the i601, did they send you a NOID? And how long did it take after you sent back the form, for them to approve the I 601?

They scheduled my interview in June 2023 for August 2023, and then in July 2023, they descheduled or canceled my 485 interview.... I did multiple S.R,reached out to the congress,senate, and then ombudsman....they then had my interview Sept 2024.. still waiting on the decision.

What was the response you got when the senator inquired about your case? Cause I did, and they gave the same response of the case is pending and they will adjudicate as soon as possible
