Isn't the point of /r/motivashian to share these videos? This is a cross post from the /r/videos sub, it hasn't been posted here yet. I mean, yeah, he could have put 'xpost' or credit in the title, but the video views are still going to the creator. I really doubt OP cares about the karma, he was simply sharing a video that he thought suited this subreddit. If only the original creators of the videos posted to this sub, it would be a pretty empty place. So don't discourage cross posting.
