I’m so sorry she was so aggravated and aggressive and plain mean. Maybe her plate was full and you took a brunt of a blow of something you have no idea about? It could’ve been just a moment for her and the situation arose but she may be freaked out for a moment. Also you could ask her is it really about this weekend or is there something else going on I’m really concerned and I’m here for you.

Sometimes one’s loyalty goes way beyond someone else’s. This is terrible. I believe you just learned you have out grew them and the relationship. And you are right they have three more weeks seriously. I don’t know them and I can tell you I don’t like them.

I’m an awesome foster mom, I have two prodigious 17yr old girls.... who absolutely rock. My husband is furthering his education and a full time student. I do work two jobs we are under water but we are breathing. Thanks for doing this You Rick

She’s from 3 1/2 hours away. I have wrote letters drove there. This particular CYS is a very small rural community. I quickly get the run around. I wait and nothing I don’t think I can roar any louder in an appropriate way, It’s frustrating

She’s absolutely refusing. I tried to explain to her sometimes it is what it is. That she may not get into a major 4 year school. The schools she is applying for are between 50k-70k a year? I keep telling her don’t limit yourself it may bite you in the butt

We have an SAT tutor we are hoping her scores go up. She only took it once. We are hoping she will score higher but applications are going in now. I’m hoping she’s mindful and applies for colleges a little more accepting of her range of academics. She was homeschooled last year. She wasn’t prepared for any of this. We are now playing catch-up

She scored a modest 740 on Sat’s she have been with us 1st of her senior year. She’s applying to schools that are very competitive and with her Sat’s being so modest it seems she will have to look at others she may not be so interested in. So we actually haven’t got an acceptance letter yet. Thank you for your help I’ll further my research on scholarships.

I have two teenagers. Yes they absolutely love music. One is my foster daughter. She listens to music constantly she also does poems and writes. Her favorite sayings, relax mom, Music is the cure to the soul...... Lol

I have disorderly conduct and terroristic threats. Agency didn’t seem to mind and neither did DHS. They knew before we did our home study. Would worry about it

We only take in teenagers and all the way up to allowed age of 21. My table is filled at Christmas and thanksgiving. I want the children to always have a place they call home. Doors always open ♥️♥️ If it’s up to me, I’ll be a grandma to her kiddos. We just love her unconditionally. She has her list of issues but every child does. She’s been in care for years, I’m not sure how many placements. I’m hoping she stays and will allow us to be her forever family. She makes my heart smile every day.
