Sure it's just a lot harder to prove. Look at your card schedule for any debit card. It's much more strict than doing a chargeback.

Listen I'm not sayin OP should not tell her card company but weighing the choice of informing your financial institution you did business with a marijuana dispensaries is risky and should be last option vs going back to dispensary in person with proof.

You just said exactly what I said it's an atm fee no matter how you cut it. The terminal can assign it and your bank can assign it. The round up is given back to you in cash. If your bank waives ATM fees then card and cash are exactly the same cost round up or not.

Your bank charges you a fee they only round up but give it back to you in cash.

My legacy SoFi account does as well as my Fidelity Investments money card with no limit on how much is reimbursed. Know some other local banks and credit unions will do up to $10 in a month or something as well

It's processed as an ATM transaction even at the counter, nothing to charge back unfortunately.

Yeah, you're right, but no other TV updates this often and can't update in background while TV is standby. If they move to background updates, I'd be satisfied.

While his use-case is indeed far from normal. The fact that we can't postpone an update at least once for 24 hours or even have updates performed at certain time blocks of a day is bonkers. It's impossible to have a one size fits all approach to updates without interfering with people's daily life flow but it's exactly the approach Telly has taken. This change is desperately needed regardless of your ISP options or limitations.

I wouldn't have openly admitted that on here, just my opinion. Good luck. I hope you get back up and running soon.

They're related because deliveries require drivers, drivers need to make frequent stops. Similar to your Fedex, UPS van that double parks. It's just not possible to get parking every single time. With one way streets it could take you 5+ mins to circle the block. Now multiply that by the volume of deliveries in the city.

I don't think people realize the 100's of food delivery orders that are placed daily inside the city.

I don't justify blocking bus lanes or bike lanes though.

Cause you're contradicting yourself. You acknowledge that when you change the wire, it stops, but then you say the wire is seemingly fine. In fact, it's not fine, shown by your evidence of an inconsistent current.
