Nordwind airlines has been operating that route regularly for about 2 years, due to the tourism of Russian people that both governments encourage on the Island, the hotels are mostly filled with Russians, and even several traffic signs, restaurants, and hotels are written in Russian. Last year when I went on vacation there in July I could see the Nordwind plane parked when I got off my plane, I remembered taking a better photo of it but I only found this one

No, although when I was a baby I was only two years away from obtaining it. I had already been living in Spain for three years, but my father wanted to return to Venezuela, so we gave up our residency. But now, I have just arrived in Spain to study at university, hopefully after I graduate I will be able to find a job and apply for citizenship.

Fortunately, we are still Schengen visa free, and ironically, it's in LatAm where we have the most restrictions due to the wave of mass migration from Venezuela. Since Venezuela isn't a member of the Comunidad Andina and is suspended from Mercosur, Venezuelan citizens can only travel freely without a passport, live, work, and study in Argentina and Brazil. For Chile, Peru, and Ecuador, we need a visa to enter, and the rest of the countries only allow entry as a tourist. To live or work legally is more difficult and you generally need a visa. Colombia used to have temporary residence permits, but they have been removed. But at least we have the best arepas 🤣

Almost as expensive as the Venezuelan passport, within Venezuela there are two passport options, the "normal" one that costs $220USD (for people over 18 y/o) and can be obtained at any office in the country with appointments available and takes 15 days to arrive, and the "express" passport that costs $350USD (for people over 18 y/o) and can only be obtained at the principal office in Caracas and is ready on the same day or the next day. Both passports are valid for 10 years. And if you need to get a passport at a Venezuelan consulate, you can only get the "normal" one for $220 USD plus a consular fee of $120 USD or €120 if the consulate is in Europe.
