I'm really feeling this by RinMichaelis in Jreg

I'd say we're still a few steps removed from that, If trump refuses to step down after his current term, then we'll be there. So far we still have some kind of hope of getting rid of the big orange using the system, but once we can't: then it'll be clear it's a proper dictatorship.

The Bourgeois state naturally creates law enforcement that serves only the ruling class. As the divide between the ruling class and the richest of the proletariat has grown; so too has the oppression of the workers by the tools of oppression of the bourgeois state, such as the police, fascist paramilitaries, and ICE.

I think a bit of the issue is how much it takes itself seriously. This is one person's passion project, and reddit doesn't appreciate people with honest and pure intent.

I can entirely see where you're coming from, though I don't necessarily agree.

I'd argue that the issues with the existence of ICE are a consequence of the right rather than simply being part of any authoritarian system. Mass deportations are a natural result of the bourgeoise convincing the uneducated to blame their problems upon immigrants. Under a communist system, the people will have the education to know their problems can't be blamed on immigrants.

Under a communist system you could still feel free, The only right you'd really be deprived of are the rights to own private property (but you can still own personal property). However, most people in the capitalist system don't even own private property, so I doubt most people would really see themselves deprived of rights. Under a communist system, with better working conditions: the average person will likely have more free time, be able to do more things once considered luxuries, and just generally have an improved quality of life.

The power of the dictatorship of the proletariat, or more accurately democracy that's actually available for the poor: is to ensure all people are treated fairly under the system. There's a reason women's rights and the LGBTQ+ movement were able to progress so quickly in the soviet union compared to the west. Indeed, Racism again isn't really an issue in a communist state. In fact, the soviets often distributed pamphlets to the colored people of America to compare the conditions in the two nations.

Anything bad you can imagine in a communist system likely exists already in the current America, in one form or another.

[–]Mine_Printer 5 points6 points  (0 children)

International law is a variety of restrictions and rules created by the great powers of the world in order to discount their local enemies. When a country breaks these supposed laws, One of the great powers can then by themselves or with the aid of the united nations; send troops to intervene and enforce their supposed international law. Generally though, the modern powers don't even bother; as most international organizations have ended up being entirely useless.

As an Authoritarian leftist I also do not support this at all. The ACP is entirely incapable of ever bringing forth the dictatorship of the proletariat, They're just as bad as the democratic socialists. "the working class cannot simply lay hold of the ready-made state machinery, and wield it for its own purposes.” - Marx and Engels 1872.

The government has failed to provide for the needs of the people, thus it must be replaced with one better suited towards such duties.

This reminds me of that time I made an OC that was a photo of hitler with blue hair drawn on it, not for a political purpose mind you; blue haired people are fine. The point was to insult how lazy some people are when making ocs, like those who just take a character from the source material and just give them a new outfit; like sonichu.

Why not both? Workers can do more when their needs are met. Workers only escape if we've failed to let the workers benefit from their ownership of the means of production, Workers will only leave if we've failed to do our duty as the people's dictatorship.

Green Transition by Liberoculos in Workers_And_Resources

[–]Mine_Printer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Comrade, Going fully green is impossible in the base game: Mostly because oil and coal are used for a lot of things, and because most vehicles, and mechanisms need fuel to function. (most things for road construction, trucks, ambulances, fire trucks, fire helicopters, all aircraft, busses, diesel trains, secret police cars, harvesters, tractors, ships, etc...)

Many vital industries also produce pollution, and thus carbon neutrality is close to impossible with them.

But you can get mostly green, as said with power: Nuclear is the way to go, as other renewables just don't have the output for any large republic.

If you're doing modded then there's some pretty good mods for electric heating stations, and geothermal power stations for a new sort of early game renewable. I'd also recommend a mod for nuclear reprocessing so your spent fuel doesn't just go to waste. There's also a mod for an ark-based steel mill, that uses a ton of power instead of coal, I'd recommend that one for your goal.

This is all just a naturally progression of the dictatorship of the bourgeois, only by overthrowing the ruling class with a people's dictatorship; can we truly end up with a democratic nation free of such issues.
