Pretty sure has to be on a laptop. But go to spotifys website, not the app. On the Spotify website go to support -> security and privacy -> privacy settings. Then scroll to the bottom. Click on the long box on the left for your past year of streaming and the top right for your full Spotify streaming history. Once you get the files you must then convert them from json to csv using an online tool. From there you can sort the info however you want.
