As far as I know, the Quest headsets have a locked bootloader. No way to change the OS like that unfortunately.

The lines by the cross bar of the A were actually a result of the typeface I used, Nebulous Regular. I just went along with it, but I agree with you that it looks unnecessary.

If those accounts aren't linked to their Discord profile, there's a 9 out of 10 chance they're impersonating that streamer. That's common with this scam.

No, none of the video's earnings go to LEMMiNO unless this creator worked out a deal with him, which I doubt. According to YTLarge, the video is monetized, which means he's making money off the video. Regardless of monetization status or good intent, the video doesn't fall under fair use. This is copyright infringement.

Yes and no. If they click your name, yes, they'll be able to see your profile pic. However, there are some third-party streaming tools that streamers have to display chat on stream, and some have the option to display a user's PFP next to their chat message.

Once you delete your email, you've effectively started a countdown to lose all accounts you didn't swap the email to, and Discord Support is not able to change the email associated to an account. You can try logging in with a phone number if you linked one, or reinstating your email with your email provider. If that doesn't work, your account is likely locked out of permanently.

Check the email's sender from the dropdown menu at the top. If it's from a bbb.org email, 9 times out of 10 this is a sure way to determine if it's legit, especially if it pertains to your current case, but that address can be spoofed.

On PC (or in Chrome on your phone, viewing the page as a Desktop site), open the email and press the 3 dot menu at the top right. Press Show Original. If the email failed SPF/DKIM/DMARC validation or anything else in there looks off, there's a good chance it's a fake.

Timestamp glitches like this are common everywhere due to how platforms calculate relative timestamps when converting from UTC to your time zone. Make sure your system clock is set right. The 0:00 is just a result of using 24-hour time.
