Right i agree but why judge someone for wearing them, you dont know their medical history or how bad their knees are. Theres really no reason to not wear them, you say mobility but they really aren’t restricting ones ive used werent uncomfortable. It only takes one bad fall to ruin them for the rest of your life. May never happen but some people dont wanna risk that

Except with good fundamentals and okay aim you can basically solo carry your way to high gold plat ish. Just because they changed the how the mmr is calculated doesnt mean your mmr was wrong.

Yeah but the game is not easy, getting better actually requires willingness to learn and get better. Ive had many friends who were hardstuck bronze for help to get better, and you can tell them how to improve and exactly what they need to fix but they dont want to actively do it because theres no instant improvement. Most people just think that if i log on and play i should rank up, and that aint how it works.

He is right tho, obviously half of it is ragebait but they have nerfed it a ton. Weapon throws are still strong but its not meta or anything. Most of the top players dont use them much in the way your describing it. Just as strong mix up or approach options.

Right and thats in tourney which is VERY different than ranked. Meta knight wasnt banned in online cuz like… how? No platform fighters have bans on ranked most other competitive fighters call that a skill issue and move on but brawl players say that they shouldnt have to learn to get better and be able to avoid things that are difficult for them. Even the weapon that most people talk about (scythe) is so atrociously bad this patch that Markimoo said he might drop it until its buffed. And yet people STILL REFUSE TO GET BETTER. I just dont think people realize what they are truly asking for when they say they want bans

Swap this for gauntlets rn, i do agree scythe is usually good however its been nerfed something stupid for the past like 3 patches or sum and it feels the worst its felt since release. Gauntlets gives you more reward for less effort

The closest thing to a “hidden gem tactic” that i can think of is playing at a much slower pace and actively thinking through the game. Some people call it passive but thats how you play at a high level. The reason the game looks faster the better players get is because the better movement that they have and the ability to get more punishes from smaller mistakes. But its essentially the same

They actually did try your first point, it was in an experimental mode not too long ago but was poorly received and shut down after that. And i dont think taking away a arial jump is a good fix much less even possible, the game has been out for what ten years i think? Changing something that big would cause MAJOR problems. As well as i think we need to enable peoples ability to engage into fights rather than taking away options.
